COPI scores

In the spring, students took the COPI standardized Arabic test.  Some students were eager to receive their ratings, which I have now received.  If you are a student in my classes and you would like to know your rating, feel free to email me or ask me when school starts.

Students were rated according to the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines for speaking.  The ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines are national standards that rate language students’ ability from novice to distinguished.  Students of foreign languages who have studied only in high school are expected to score in the novice to intermediate range.  Each level contains several sub-levels.
